Over many years (more than 35) I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in the systems delivery and development space. In addition I had the priviledge to work with programme management experts from the Civil engineering industry to understand how they approach project management where the cost of failure can be much higher.

Core banking implementation for HSBC Private Bank

This project was global in scope and in capability. It involved a comprehensive replacement of all the systems and business processes for the bank including:

Multi currency cash accounts
Multi-asset investment accounts, including more exotic investments such as PE, Structured products etc.
Investment portfolio management processes
Payments processing
Anti money laundering
KYC
